Computer Center…

 The college has a computer centre imparting training in computer fundamentals, coputer data entry operation and programming to the staff and students of our college.
   The coaching is conducted on a part time basis without causing any disturbance to their regular working hours. the centre has become fully operational with the installation of latest generation of computers.

he College library is the key resource of information for the academic community. It started functioning along with the college itself in 1966. It has a vast collection of books various subjects, field, faculties and students are expected to make extensive use of it.

   The work of complete computerization of library is about to be completed. Library software (SOUL) has been installed and the existing stock of books is entered into the database. On completing the automation work the college plans to make use of INFLIBNET facility.

   The college library has an advisory committee known as Library council headed by a senior teacher as convener and other four members including the Librarian. The present members are

Rules and regulations of Library..

  • Working time is 11 am to 5 pm on all working days
  • Only writng materials can be taken inside the library and reading room
  • each student will be issued borrowers ticket against which books can be borrowed from the library.
  • books must be returned within 14 days of the date of issue, failing which a fine of Re. 1 per day will be charged.
  • The Library has its own network providing information regarding the present status of books, new arrivals, updation, changes.


The college stands for academic excellence, development of skill and character formation so as to produce intellectually matured, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired men and women.
The aim of the college is to impart sound all-round education on the following lines.
* To develop the potentialities of young men and women and help all those engaged in the persuit of Truth and Knowledge, keeping in view the intellectual, physical and spiritual values.
* To inculcate the sense of discipline, social responsibility and community service in the youth and also to bring home the dignity of manual labour in their minds.
* to provide society with the right kind of leadership and men and women trained in various spheres who are competent to tackle the problems in life and make them worthy citizens of our community and the country in general.


Students are encouraged to participate in the college, university, state and national level events. Proper training and guidance is provided by Physical Education Director / Instructors. The College organises various tournaments like Table tennis, Chess, Volleyball, Cricket, Carom and various tournaments. The College provides platform for students to improve their skills.
